We are very experienced; in 2005 our team started facilitating team building activities, in 2009 we established ourselves through PT MATA AIR SINERGI KREASI.

The Different Views
Different from most other organizers, we clearly separate team building from fun games and outbound.
The team building program that we designed emphasizes CARE and MINDSET about cooperation and serving each other. Fun games and outbound can be added to different sessions according to the aims and objectives of the activities held by the company.
We raised the main issues that we often face in the work environment into several semi-fun games, for example about: (1) The ability to analyze problems and formulate the most effective and easiest to understand solutions; (2) Data collection and memory capabilities and ability to work under centralized command; (3) Effective verbal communication; and (4) Non-verbal communication to support internal services.
With a duration of around six hours (not including breaks), our Team Building program is divided into three segments, namely: (1) exploration of individual abilities in contributing to solving problems faced by the group; (2) cooperation within the group; and (3) cooperation between groups as a unified team.
The highest leadership will be an observer to record and summarize all findings, then together we will discuss them with all participants so that we can improve the aspects that need to be improved.
