Raising key issues in the work environment as a stimulus in training TEAMWORK MINDSET presented through the CAPACITY BUILDING approach to strengthen the TEAM BONDING.
There are four main games with four different issues, all of which you often find and face in the work environment. The objectives of the four games are: (1) Personal skills in helping to analyze and find and find formulas for solving problems faced by the team; (2) Collaboration within each team to complete tasks, and (3) Collaboration between teams as a unified system in completing tasks/projects with balanced performance.
In the last session, the program designer will guide the discussion about things that support and hinder the completion of tasks that founded during the game. Furthermore, the discussion will be handed over to the highest leadership present as the most effective form of hand over to maintain and apply the results of this exercise in the work environment.

The ability to analyze the problems faced by the team is very important for every person to have; with the ability they have, personnel can provide the right input to the team to develop the most effective and efficient problem solving formula.
The trial and error method often has to be used for problems where there is no data at all, then the complexity of the data that has been founded also requires a strong memory and clear terms so that all team members do not repeat the wrong data collection pattern which results in wasted time.
Although visual technology is developing very rapidly, verbal communication remains the main method of conveying information. This session will train and hone the common perception of the team using verbal communication in completing work assignments.
Maximizing non-verbal communication as a system support, the team mindset training in this session is applied more broadly because it requires collaboration between teams as a unified institution or organization.
A balance of initiative and service will determine the swift, accurate, and simultaneous completion of tasks by all teams; conversely, an imbalance will be apparent if one or several teams successfully complete a task but there are also other teams that are still having difficulty completing their tasks.
We designed this program to be a stimulus to bring out and train the mindset, attitudes, and the behavior of all participants is in accordance with the "values" in each game:
In 2005 our team started engaging in outdoor training activities, in 2009 we established ourselves through
PT MATA AIR SINERGI KREASI.
