Raising key issues in the work environment as a stimulus in training TEAMWORK MINDSET presented through the CAPACITY BUILDING approach to strengthen the TEAM BONDING.

Mindset to Solve

Starting from criticism of team building programs that are too symbolic and philosophical, we try to design a more factual training approach by highlighting conditions and situations that often occur in the work environment. You can still enjoy the joyful atmosphere and laughter during the opening and closing sessions through fun games guided by our team of facilitators.

There are four main games with four different issues, all of which you often find and face in the work environment. The objectives of the four games are: (1) Personal skills in helping to analyze and find and find formulas for solving problems faced by the team; (2) Collaboration within each team to complete tasks, and (3) Collaboration between teams as a unified system in completing tasks/projects with balanced performance.

In the last session, the program designer will guide the discussion about things that support and hinder the completion of tasks that founded during the game. Furthermore, the discussion will be handed over to the highest leadership present as the most effective form of hand over to maintain and apply the results of this exercise in the work environment.
